Don't be too hard on yourself Zandra. You're progressing very well.
I have only two suggestions - never be afraid to blend something or to make a few select areas darker than other areas, and also when you are drawing hair, always make sure all your lines are in the same direction - the direction the hair grows in.
Having said that.... omigosh this one is sooo cute... Mike is right, it is instantly recognisable, which in itself is a great achievement! I like the hair baubles and her eyes are just gorgeous.
Keep up your great work. (It's great to see somebody drawing cartoon and animated characters, too!)

Hey I was only helping! The problem is that this drawing is actually a quarter of the size it appear here - it tiny and so the features of the face are more pencil strokes than any real detail - in the original they don't look so smudgy or crooked
