This is a fantasy world I started to design many years ago, I had always planned to take it a lot further doing illustrations and stories for it but you know how these things are, it got put away and forgoton about. I may go back to it one day. I'd be interested to know what anyone thinks, not sure I'm a great writer and no one has ever really read this before. www.dragons-realm.co.uk/main%20pages/gwyddoran.htm

Wow Keith I really love this. I really really do. I like the fact that you thought so much about it...making the map and explaining things. It made me think of Dune - Frank Herbert . At first I always checked the map and the dictionary hihi. This will make an incredible book. I hope you'll find a way to finish it.

Cool thanks guys, like I say no-one other than me has really read it before and commented so its interesting to see what people think. I would love to get back into it and maybe start to illustrate some of it, I did start doing some rough sketches for some of the elves a long time ago.

the best books are always the ones where people have thought thoroughly about their world and live in it for a while. did you know that J.K. Rowling had registers for all the classes in the Harry Potter books. i read the best series ever by Terry Goodkind and he said that the characters used to come to him in his head with their problems. Christoper Paolini had maps and dictionaries for eragon. 3 awesome authors!!

Hi Keith, Are you a gamer? My husband is and has been watching your work with me over the last few weeks and he wanted me to ask. :-) He plays/has played GURPS, Traveller, Twilight 2000, 2300AD and the odd wargame.

Hey Kathryn, I did used to be a gamer and have played GURPS, Traveller and Twilight 2000, I lost touch with all the guys I used play them with years ago and sold most of my old roleplaying games on Ebay.

Dave has lost touch with all of the people he used to game with, but he's kept all of his stuff, mainly because they're such nice books.
I don't game, but that hasn't stopped me collecting nearly a full set of the Buffy / Angel RPGs, and Dave and I have bought the Firefly/Serenity game too. The artwork is so stunning that the books are great just to look at.

Yeah they do make some great looking RPG books, I think the only ones I kept are all the ICE Middle Earth RPG books as they are so detailed with loads of illustrations, maps and info on middle earth. Oh no I forgot I still have Warhammer, Warhammer 40K and Call of Cthulhu.
